Tenancy Program
Daniela is a staff attorney in VLJ’s Tenancy Program.
Prior to joining VLJ, Daniela was the Pro Bono Fellow at Lowenstein Sandler. Daniela previously clerked for the Hon. Catherine Enright, J.A.D.
Daniela is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Daniela is fluent in Portuguese.

Daniela received her bachelor’s degree and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University where she served as the Executive Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal during law school.
While in law school, Daniela interned at both the New Jersey District Court and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
