VLJ Wants to Hear From You!
As part of Volunteer Lawyers for Justice (VLJ)’s 25th Anniversary, we want to capture short videos of those who have made ensuring access to justice possible since 2001. These videos will be shared on VLJ’s website and social media platforms. Don’t worry, you will have an opportunity to review the proposed final version of your full video before it goes live (VLJ will share the proposed video with you for your review).
Using the below, please respond to each prompt (three in total) by recording your video answer.
Some helpful tips for when you record:
Bright/good lighting? Light is on your face and not behind you.
Quiet? No background hums or noise.
Eye-Level? Phone/computer is steady and high. Don't look down at the camera; look it in the eye.
Ready? Practice answering the prompt before hitting record.
Worried you might forget something? You can enable the notes feature in the recording window below (notes will not be visible in the recorded video).
Prompts you will answer (up to two minutes each):
1.) Please briefly describe your history with Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.
2.) Volunteer Lawyers for Justice (VLJ) has been fighting for access to justice in New Jersey for 25 years. What is one word you would use to describe VLJ’s impact and why?
3.) As we look toward the next 25 years, why do you believe it is more important than ever to ensure access to justice?
Thank you for joining the celebration!
