OH is a 36-year-old man seeking expungement of an indictable crime and dismissals. The indictable crime is for controlled dangerous substance and will require a compelling circumstances argument under N.J.S.A. 2C:52-2(c)(3). Volunteer may also need to request additional information for the dismissals.
