remote - expungement
Client seeks expungement of two 1980s matters, one of which has no clear disposition per Criminal Case History (CCH) report and disposition letter from court. Client believes it was dismissed. Due to age of matters, a paper filing is needed. Petition will also need to disclose out-of-state matters.
