D.S. is a 53-year-old woman who seeks the expungement of an indictable crime conviction, disorderly persons, and several dismissals. She recently lost her employment due to the criminal record and is very eager to expunge these matters that all occurred over a decade ago, some as early as the 1990s. An expungement will result in a clean record.
