This program will discuss strategies for effectively representing pro bono clients, with special emphasis on client interviewing and communication techniques. Through real-life examples and hypothetical scenarios, speakers will review a variety of ethical questions related to the representation of low-income clients and discuss practical solutions for handling these concerns. Speakers will focus on the Rules of Professional Conduct and how they relate to representation in a pro bono context.
