wills and estate planning Program
Through this program, VLJ works to place financially eligible individuals with volunteer lawyers to help clients with creating wills, medical directives and power of attorney documents. Lawyers may also be able to help with probate issues of small estates. Applicants from around the state may apply for help.
Please note: VLJ is not able to assist with establishing guardianship. NJ residents can reach out the the Division of Mental Health & Guardianship at 866-202-4357.
