Elizabeth Hampton, Esq. is a Staff Attorney with Volunteer Lawyers for Justice. Liz currently oversees VLJ’s Consumer Law Program and the Veterans Legal Program’s PSEG Legal Clinic and Discharge Upgrade Program. Liz has been with VLJ since 2013, when she joined VLJ to staff the Disaster Legal Response Program in the wake of Sandy. Prior to joining VLJ, Liz was an Assistant Deputy Public Defender in Monmouth County and a New Jersey Superior Court Law Clerk. As a law student, Liz participated in Seton Hall University Law School Center for Social Justice's Impact Litigation Clinic. A graduate of McGill University, Liz received her law degree from Seton Hall University.
